In order to provide a stable environment for triathlon activities and for top athletes and coaches aiming to go to the world level such as the Olympic Games and World Championships, Athletes Support Group established “Triathlon Team AS Kyoto.”

Through triathlon, we will educate and support athletes and coaches who want to realize their “dreams” in triathlon, and provide a specialized training environment from “Kyoto” to the “world.” Through the promotion and development of triathlon, our philosophy at “AS Kyoto Triathlon School” is to provide a school environment for people of all ages to enjoy triathlon.

I feel that the words such as “dream”, “hard work”, “steady effort”, and “take care of your own responsibilities” are gradually losing meaning among children. Also, with the widespread of games and SNS, increasingly more people are losing their ability to communicate.

In such era, children need to “learn essential human skills” which are to respect each other and to be considerate of each other. We believe that our school fosters such human power and creates good mental and physical health.

The number of world class Japanese athletes is increasing, and Japanese sports have global standard. I believe sports are wonderful things that make our “dreams come true” and make us “live.”

We believe that the triathlon activities of AS Kyoto will lead to the spread, development, and advancement of future triathlon. Therefore, we need many good partners such as companies and enterprises to systemically continue and support our mission. We would appreciate if you could join us.
